Our commitment to sustainable cuisine is based on the great importance we give to the origin of the products, how they are grown, how they reach the markets and, finally, to the dishes served in our buffet.
Thanks to the richness of the Mediterranean Sea we can enjoy fish and shellfish brought from the fish markets of Villajoiosa and Benidorm.
From the fields of nearby towns, such as Callosa, Sella, Finestrat..., we bring fruit, vegetables, grapes, oil and flour.
Typical sweets such as caramelised dried fruit, ilicitano fig bread or nougat from Jijona and Alicante, will never be lacking in special festivals. And, of course, we do not forget the festival of Mediterranean flavor: paella.
